DUE TO COVID-19, orders may be delayed by our shipping providers. We are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion.
Please note, the site is live with inventory. We do not have items made to order for purchase on the site unless a custom order is placed. Please email us at thevirtuebrand@gmail.com to request a quote for custom orders.
Who are your shipping providers?
We use FedEx and USPS depending on the location of the order placed.
After I place an order, how soon will my order be processed?
All orders will be sent out and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and provided a tracking number from FedEx or USPS.
How soon will I get my order in hand?
Please allow 2-6 days from receiving your confirmation email for your order to be delivered.

Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping on the website. Please email us at thevirtuebrand@gmail.com to discuss international purchases through a custom order. We can not guarantee we can fulfill your request but we will do our best to work with you.
